Q: What are your hours?

Q: Is there tax on the prices I see online?

A: The prices that your see on our menus, online or in store, already include sales tax(currently 8.45%). This is to help us make the cost of your visit more transparant. What we say is what you pay! Plus, we love paying taxes!

Q: I received a tile in my pizza box? What is it for? Do I need to return it?

A: That would be a pizza stone and we use it to keep the pizza warm on your return home or back to work. You do not need to return it. However, if you bring the stone with you on your next visit to the Hangar, we will give you a $1.00 off your next pizza order! (One stone/pizza). If you would rather save them up to build that new patio in your backyard, we understand.

Q: What is the best way to re-heat your pizza?

A: Place a frying pan on high heat for 2 minutes. Add the pizza, cover and turn the heat down to low. In just 3-4 minutes your pizza will be as good as new! NEVER put our pizza in a microwave! It doesn't like it!

Q: Can I host a birthday party or other event at The Hangar?

A: Yes, we do host parties and other events here at The Hangar. If you find yourself interested in hosting one with us, you just need to submit your request through our private events page. Please be sure to give us as much information as you can regarding what kind of event you are looking to host, the number of people in attendance, and what date/time you would like to have it. Once we have that information we will reach out to you as soon as we can with availability and pricing.

Q: Do I need to wear a mask when I come to The Hangar?

A: No, we are not requiring customers to wear masks when they come to The Hangar. We do ask that people try to maintain a respectful distance from other customers and sanitize when they can to help us keep The Hangar a fun and safe place for all to enjoy.

Q: Can I reserve tickets for a particular showtime?

A: Yes, tickets for all movies and showtimes that are posted on our website (www.hangar1.com), are available for pre-purchase online. Click on the "Hangar Cinema" tab at the top of our homepage, select the day, movie and showtime. Then simply follow the prompts.

Q: Can I place a food order in advance so it is ready when I arrive?

A: Yes, food orders can easily be placed through our website (www.hangar1.com). Online food orders are paid for when you arrive at The Hangar for pickup. Please allow 20-30 minutes for your order to be prepared. We do not accept food orders over the phone.

Q: Can I place an order for delivery?

A: Yes, food orders can be placed for delivery through DOORDASH during our normal business hours. Please visit www.doordash.com for details.


A: The DEPARTURE LOUNGE is remembered by most as the Dinner Theater or Gate 5. We have greatly expanded the capabilities of the space to accommodate a wide variety of activities and private events. When the space is not reserved for an event, it is freely accessible to anyone or group looking for a little more privacy to enjoy their HANGAR experience. The entrance to the DEPARTURE LOUNGE is right off the main lobby and the LED sign over the top of the entrance will inform you if it is open to the public.

Q: How big a group do I need to reserve the DEPARTURE LOUNGE?

A: We have had a group of four guys playing video games on the big screen(which is pretty incredible to watch by the way), all the way up to a party of 80 enjoying a sporting event. We have hosted much larger events utilizing the lobby space as well as the other theaters. So the answer is, we can accommodate pretty much any event you can think of, and if 4 gamers can afford it so can you! Click on the PRIVATE EVENTS tab on the top of our homepage and fill out the EVENT request form and we will suprise you on just how affordable a great time at The HANGAR can be!

Q: Can I schedule an event for outside of your normal business hours?

A: Yes, our facility is available 24/7 365 for any approved event.
